Every member creates a Travellios profile using their given name, adds languages and travel preferences, and completes verification for a safer, more trusted community.

Step 2

Find a travel connection

Service Takers search verified Service Providers on a similar route and review profiles, ratings, and reviews. Service Providers add travel plans and open their journey for service.

Step 3

Connect & create Travel Journey Contract

Once both parties agree, a Travel Journey Contract is created — covering route, schedule, service details, fees, cancellation terms, and safety guidelines.

Step 4

Booking & payment

The Service Taker completes the booking. Payment may include the airline ticket, companion fee, Travellios service fee, and applicable taxes — all shown clearly before confirmation.

Step 5

Booking confirmation

Both members receive a confirmation email and can view journey details, the travel contract, payment details, and updates anytime from their Travellios dashboard.

Step 6

Communication before travel

In-app chat and calling become available 24 hours before the journey, so both parties can confirm meeting details, discuss final travel arrangements, and share important updates. For privacy and safety, communication should remain within the Travellios platform — there is no need to share personal phone numbers, home addresses, or private contact details.
