Safe communication
Travellios provides tools to help members communicate safely. Members can use the in-app chat and call features to discuss journey details before travel, keeping communication within the platform. For privacy and safety, members should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
Travel Journey Contract
When a Service Provider selects “Open for Service” while adding their travel plans, they confirm their willingness to provide support and agree to follow Travellios Travel Journey terms — they do not need to separately accept or sign a contract later.
When a Service Taker selects a Service Provider and the connection is created, a Travel Journey Contract is automatically generated, including travel details, service details, fees, cancellation terms, and safety guidelines. The Service Taker reviews and signs the contract because they are requesting the service and completing the payment.
The Travel Journey Contract helps both parties understand their responsibilities and creates a clear, trusted arrangement before the journey begins.

Before a journey is confirmed:

Ratings & reviews
After completing a journey, members can share their experience through ratings and reviews. This helps recognize trusted members, improves the community experience, and helps future travelers make better decisions.
