To help maintain a trusted community, we may collect verification information such as:

• Service Provider travel availability.

• Messages exchanged through the Travellios mobile application.

Payment information

Payment transaction details required to process bookings and services, and bank account information for Service Providers who receive payouts. Payment card details may be processed securely through trusted payment service providers and may not be stored by Travellios.

Automatically collected information

As you use our website and app, we also collect:

• General usage patterns, such as which pages and features you visit.
• Device and connection information, including your IP address.
• Your approximate location, detected through our location provider, Geoapify, so we can show you nearby airports.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Verify member profiles and improve trust and safety.
• Match Service Takers with Service Providers using criteria such as gender, language, and travel preferences.
• Provide travel-related services.
• Process bookings and payments, and facilitate payouts to Service Providers via their bank account.
• Improve our platform and user experience.
• Communicate important updates and support information.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, and security risks.
• Let you take part in interactive features on our platform.
• Any other purpose we disclose to you, with your consent.

3. Profile privacy and personal information protection

Your privacy is important. Travellios encourages members to:

• Use their given name when creating profiles.
• Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
• Communicate through the Travellios mobile app chat.

Members should not share personal details such as:

• Personal mobile number.
• Home address.
• Private email address.
• Financial information.
• Other sensitive personal information.

4. Sharing of information

Travellios may share limited information only with your consent and when necessary to provide services, including:

• Connecting Service Takers and Service Providers once you've consented to the introduction.
• Fulfilling the purpose you gave us the information for — for example, sharing limited contact details with the member you've been matched with.
• Processing payments.
• Providing customer support.
• Meeting legal or regulatory requirements.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you individually without restriction, and we may share information with our subsidiaries and affiliates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information with the service providers that help us operate Travellios — including Twilio, which delivers and verifies our SMS one-time passcodes, along with our email, flight-booking, and payment providers — only to the extent needed to deliver the service, and not for their own marketing.

If Kishreeja LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same confidentiality commitments described in this policy.

We may also disclose your information:

• To comply with a court order, law, or legal process, including a request from a government or regulatory authority.
• To enforce these policies and our Terms and Conditions, including for billing and collection purposes.
• If we believe it's necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kishreeja LLC, our members, or others.
• With police, airport authorities, or an airline, where needed to resolve a complaint, dispute, or accident involving you and another member.

5. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. Security measures may include:

• Secure data storage.
• Access controls.
• Verification procedures.
• Protected communication systems.

However, no online platform can guarantee complete security, and users should also take steps to protect their own information. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Where we've given you a password, keeping it confidential is your responsibility — please don't share it with anyone. Be mindful of what you post in public areas of the platform, such as reviews or public profile fields: anything you share there may be viewed by any Travellios user.

6. Document verification and privacy

Documents submitted for verification are collected only for safety, trust, and compliance purposes.

• Verification documents are handled securely.
• They are not publicly displayed.
• They are not shared with other members unless required for safety, legal, or service purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You may have the ability to:

• Update your profile information.
• Request account assistance.
• Request information about your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We can't delete your personal information on its own without also deleting your account, and we may decline a correction request if we believe it would violate a legal requirement or make our records inaccurate.

8. Text messaging and mobile data

We use your mobile phone number to send one-time passcodes (OTP) that verify your identity when you register or sign in. These are transactional messages sent only in response to your own request, and each code is short-lived and expires shortly after it is sent.

Your mobile information — including your phone number and consent to receive text messages — is never sold, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the messaging provider that delivers the codes on our behalf, solely for that purpose. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop verification texts at any time by replying STOP; note that this may prevent you from signing in, since codes are required to access your account.

9. Cookies and technology

Travellios does not use cookies to track you, profile you, or serve advertising. We rely on one small, strictly necessary cookie that keeps you securely signed in, and on on-device storage to remember preferences such as your display theme — neither is used to track your activity across other websites.

10. Children’s privacy

Travellios is not intended for use by anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child under 18 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@travellios.com.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our services grow and improve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and if we make a material change to how we treat your personal information, we'll also post a notice on our homepage.
